Report 1: Pursuant to announcement, the ordinary general meeting of NeuroSearch A/S was held today Wednesday 25 April 2007.
The Chairman of the Board presented the oral report. The annual report 2006 and the Board of Directors' proposal to carry the 2006 result forward to next year were adopted by the general meeting.
Asger Aamund, Marianne Philip, Allan Andersen, Torbj'rn Bjerke and J'rgen Buus Lassen were re-elected as members of the board.
