Promising oncology project acquired from Axelar

Biovitrum announced that the company has acquired a promising oncology project from Axelar AB, an innovative company established by leading researchers at the Karolinska Institute, and Karolinska Innovations AB. The project is targeting the growth of tumor cells and may lead to future treatment opportunities for various types of cancer. The project includes development of molecules that inhibit the IGF-1 receptor, which is involved in the growth of tumor cells in several ways.
