Study results from Wake Forest University, Medical Department in the area of adenoma published

"Metanephric adenoma (WA) is a rare, benign renal neoplasm. Only 3 previous case reports describe the fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) cylologic features of MA," scientists in the United States report.

"Regarding treatment, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is an emerging alternative to surgical resection of renal neoplasms in appropriately selected patients.
