Biotechnology Summit Participants Address Variety of Issues

U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reform, shortages of capital, gene therapy, bioethical issues and the danger of defunding research hospitals were key issues on the part of participants at the second National Biotechnology Summit, Washington, D.C., held January 12, 1995.
