"IL-2 Gene Transduction to NSCLC Cells with Adex1CA Vector."

According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 86th Annual Meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research, held March 18-22, 1995, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, "We have reported the effective gene transduction using adenovirus vector (Adex1CA vector) into human lung cancer cell lines and freshly isolated lung adenocarcinoma cells. Adex1CA vector has a regulatory sequence of chicken (beta)-actin promoter and a enhancer sequence derived from cytomegalovirus. Transduction with Adex1CA vectors containing human IL-2 gene (Adex1CAIL-2) also resulted in high secretion of IL-2 from gene modified lung cancer cells.
