Exclusive Option Extended for Cancer Alliance

At Corange International's request, GeneMedicine Inc., the Woodlands, Texas, has extended the exclusive option for a potential corporate alliance to develop certain gene medicines for application in the field of cancer until July 17, 1995.

GeneMedicine is developing a new class of pharmaceutical products, "gene medicines," based on two technologies: plasmid gene expression systems and synthetic gene delivery systems. These technologies are designed to control the location and function of therapeutic genes within the body.
