According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 31st Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, held May 20-23, 1995, in Los Angeles, California, "We carried out a Phase I/II study in patients with measurable metastatic RCC to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and therapeutic efficacy of intravenous 131I-G250, shown to localize in primary and metastatic renal cell cancers. All patients had KPS {{>=}}70, no prior mouse antibody, and acceptable biochemical and hematopoietic function.
