Genome Bioinformatics Applications Available for High Performance Computer

MasPar Computer Corporation, Sunnyvale, California, announced the availability of a powerful suite of parallel sequence database analysis applications for the MasPar scalable computer that will greatly accelerate gene discovery for genome centers and drug discovery for pharmaceutical companies.

The announcement was made at the Seventh International Genome Sequencing and Analysis Conference, held in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
