"Leishmania major: Immunogenicity and Antigenicity of a gp63 Fused to the Oprl Lipoprotein of Pseudomonas aeruginosa."

According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the European Conference on Tropical Medicine, held October 22-26, 1995, in Hamburg, Germany, "The major surface glycoprotein gp63 of Leishmania major contained in a 2.2 Kb fragment was subcloned into the lipoprotein expression vector pVUB2. The gp63 was induced and expressed as fusion protein with the Pseudomonas aeruginosa lipoprotein Oprl. Under reducing conditions on SDS-PAGE the Oprl p63 fusion protein was seen as a large fusion protein of 79,000 Kd.
