According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the conference entitled 'HIV-1 Infection, Mucosal Immunity and Pathogenesis', held September 11-13, 1997, at the Natcher Conference Center of the United States National Institutes of Health, "DNA vaccination of rabbit Peyer's patches was performed using a plasmid encoding immunodominant regions of HIV-1 gp120. The sequence encoding the peptide T1-SP1OMN(A) was cloned into the mammalian expression plasmid pJW4303 (designated pJW15).
