According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 47th Annual Meeting of the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, that was to have been held October 18-22, 1998, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, "Previously, we reported that simultaneous immunization of mice with dengue virus DNA vaccine candidates that express the pre-membrane and envelope genes of dengue virus serotypes 1-4 resulted in neutralizing antibodies against all four serotypes.
