According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 12th World AIDS Conference, held June 28 - July 3, 1998, in Geneva, Switzerland, "Objectives: The use of live canarypox vectors provides a safe method for eliciting CTL which are desirable for developing an effective HIV vaccine strategy.
