"Antibody Responses to Single and Multiple Brugia malayi Antigens After DNA Vaccination by I.M. Injection or Gene Gun in Mice."

According to an abstract submitted by the authors to the 4th International Meeting of Tropical Medicine and Parasitology, held October 8-10, 1998, in Guilin, China, "We have previously reported that mice develop humoral and cellular immune responses to filarial antigens after i.m. injection of plasmid DNA encoding B. malayi antigens. In the present study, murine antibody responses were studied after DNA vaccination by i.m. injection (IM) or by injection of DNA coated gold particles with the Helios Gene Gun (HGG).
