Monte Carlo Markov Chain Sampling for AD

A recent study has shown that Monte Carlo Markov chain sampling is a promising option for the dissection of late-onset oligogenic diseases.

E.W. Daw et al. explored the process of locating genes for late-developing diseases ("Multipoint Oligogenic Analysis of Age-At-Onset Data with Applications to Alzheimer Disease Pedigrees," American Journal of Human Genetics, March 1999;64(3):839-851).
