Foundation for Genetic Education and Counseling Formed
Published in Gene Therapy Weekly, July 12th, 1999
The independent foundation develops and promotes genetic literacy for the general public and for health care professionals. Initial educational programs target individuals affected by or at risk for complex diseases and helps develop genetic counseling services to individuals who have participated in genetic research protocols.
