Multiple Herpes Simplex Vectors Efficiently Cotransduce Tumors

Multiple herpes simplex virus (HSV) vectors with one gene each are more effective for immunizing tumors than is a single vector with multiple genes.

"Many gene therapy strategies would be enhanced by efficient transfer of multiple genes into the same cell," said H.M. Karpoff and colleagues, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York.
