Nautilus Biotech Optimizes AAV Rep Protein To Increase rAAV Productivity

Using its proprietary directed-evolution technology, Nautilus Biotech has developed a collection of rep proteins optimized for the production of rAAV. Biotech companies developing rAAV-based gene therapy products face the productivity bottleneck of how to produce enough amounts of virus to support clinical development and future market needs.
