Cytokine Immunizations Work Better When Local Tumor Irradiation Included

Glioma cells (Gl261) transduced with genes for a number of cytokines worked well when administered as vaccines to tumor-implanted mice, but they worked even better when immunization was accompanied by local tumor irradiation, according to K.
