The antigen is carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), which is commonly expressed by a wide range of cancers, including 50-90% of colorectal, gastric, and pancreatic cancers, lung and breast cancers. These CEA expressing cancers represent the majority of cancer deaths worldwide.
