Dendritic cells engineered to express FasL inhibit disease progression mice

Systemic administration of dendritic cells genetically modified to express Fas ligand suppressed collagen-reactive T cells in collagen-induced arthritis in DBA/1 mice, report University of Pittsburgh researchers.
