Investigators in the United States and Germany have published new neuroscience data.

Study 1: Neuronal transduction yields angiotensin II type 2 receptor overexpression.

"The angiotensin II (Ang II) type 2 receptor (AT2R) is localized at specific nuclei within adult rat brain. However, a lack of specific approaches for manipulating the activity of neuronal AT2R has meant that the physiological actions of these sites in the brain remain to be established," scientists writing in the journal Regulatory Peptides report.
