Recent studies add new data to breast cancer research

Investigators in the United States and United Kingdon have published new breast cancer data.

Study 1: According to recent research from the United States published in the journal Clinical Cancer Research, persistent activation of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (Stat3) signaling induces survivin gene expression and confers resistance to apoptosis in human breast cancer cells.
