Induction of apoptosis in lung cancer cells by all-trans retinoic acid studied

According to a study from Japan, "ATRA has been shown to exert anticancer activities in a number of types of cancer cells. However, it has been reported that many NSCLC exhibited resistance to ATRA treatment."
