Conquer Fragile X chairman and founder Harris Hollin appointed to President's Committee

President George W. Bush has announced his intention to appoint Harris N. Hollin, chairman and founder of the Conquer Fragile X Foundation, to the President's Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities (PCPID).

This committee was originally formed by President John F. Kennedy and has been actively representing people with mental retardation and intellectual disabilities for over three decades. The committee is comprised of leaders from the private sector, academic and research communities. The council advises the President on issues related to persons with intellectual disabilities and their needs.
