Study 1: According to recently published research from the United States, in vitro efficacy of adenovirus expressing TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (AdTRAIL) gene therapy of bladder cancer is enhanced by trichostatin A-mediated restoration of coxsackie and adenovirus receptor (CAR) expression and downregulation of cFLIP and Bcl-X-L.
