Developing aneural myotubes display myogenin-dependent nAChR clustering

"During development of the neuromuscular junction, nerve-derived agrin and the cell substrate laminin stimulate postsynaptic nAChR clustering. This clustering is dependent off activation of file Tyr kinase, MuSK, which signals receptor clustering via a rapsyn-dependent mechanism," wrote P.C.D. MacPherson and colleagues, University of Michigan.
