Research from the United States and Poland add new data to nephrology body of knowledge

Study 1: In a recently published article, scientists in the United States reported that water restriction affects gene expression in mouse renal medulla.
"To identify novel gene targets of vasopressin regulation in the renal medulla, we performed a cDNA microarray study on the inner medullary tissue of mice following a 48-h water restriction protocol," wrote Q. Cai and colleagues, University of Arizona.
