New antisense technology research reported from Center for Cancer Research

Investigators publish new data in the report "Regulation of class I major histocompatibility complex receptor expression in natural killer cells: one promoter is not enough." According to recent research from the United States, "The class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) receptors expressed by natural killer (NK) cells play an important role in regulating their function. The number and type of inhibitory receptors expressed by NK cells must be tightly controlled in order to avoid the generation of dominantly inhibited NK cells."
