GeneGo and Spotfire partner to deliver faster genomics and chemistry analysis

The integrated products allow users to analyze genomics data, including gene expression and proteomics, more quickly and accurately in Spotfire DecisionSite, and launch MetaCore to perform pathway and network analysis. DecisionSite users can also automatically upload chemical compounds into MetaCore and MetaDrug in order to study their biological effects, including mode of action and potential toxicity.
