Advanced BioHealing Raises $25.5 Million in Series C Financing

Advanced BioHealing, Inc. (ABH) announced that it has raised $25.5 million in a Series C round of financing. The round was led by Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. (NYSE:SFE), a provider of capital in growth-stage technology and life sciences businesses. This latest round of financing brings the total amount raised by the company, since its inception in 2003, to approximately $36 million.
