Hepatocellular Cancer Therapy
Researchers from Indiana University, Department of Medicine provide details of new studies and findings in the area of hepatocellular cancer therapy

Data detailed in "Predictors of outcome in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma receiving transcatheter arterial chemoembolization" have been presented. "Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) has been shown to improve survival in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). To identify pretreatment factors that predicts increased mortality in HCC patients receiving TACE," scientists in the United States report.
