According to a study from London, the United Kingdom, "Sirolimus is a potent immunosuppressive agent, which is associated with dyslipidemia in clinical transplantation. The present study was undertaken to investigate the potential hepatocyte mechanisms by which sirolimus causes dyslipidemia."
