Researchers from Dresden University of Technology, Department of Psychology report details of new studies and findings in the area of life sciences

New research, 'Electrophysiological and behavioral correlates of polymorphisms in the transcription factor AP-2beta coding gene,' is the subject of a report. According to recent research published in the journal Neuroscience Letters, "Transcription factor AP-2beta may influence brain monoaminergic systems by regulating target genes. Several monoaminergic genes, including the serotonin transporter gene, have AP-2beta binding sites."
