According to a study from Netherlands, "Adenovirus vectors have great potential in cancer gene therapy. Targeting of cancer-testis (CT) antigens, which are specifically presented at the surface of tumor cells by human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I molecules, is an attractive option."
