Study findings from Trinity College Dublin, Department of Genetics broaden understanding of gene therapy

Current study results from the report, 'Gene therapeutic approaches for dominant retinopathies,' have been published. "Over the past two decades, significant progress has been made in defining the molecular pathogenesis of hereditary retinal degenerations. Many of these are characterised by immense genetic heterogeneity," scientists in Dublin, Ireland report.
