2011 APR 7 -- A report, 'A facile approach to construct hyaluronic acid shielding polyplexes with improved stability and reduced cytotoxicity,' is newly published data in Colloids and Surfaces B, Biointerfaces. "A facile approach for polymer gene carriers was used to construct hyaluronic acid (HA) shielding polyplexes due to the electrostatic interaction. By adding HA to PEI/DNA complexes, the '-potential of ternary polyplexes was changed from positive to negative," investigators in report.
