New Bioinformatics Data Have Been Reported by Scientists at Indiana University School of Medicine

2011 APR 7 -- New research, 'Identifying viral integration sites using SeqMap 2.0,' is the subject of a report. According to recent research published in the journal Bioinformatics, "Retroviral integration has been implicated in several biomedical applications, including identification of cancer-associated genes and malignant transformation in gene therapy clinical trials."
