2011 MAY 26 -- According to recent research published in the journal Hepato - Gastroenterology, "Previously, we have reported that siRNA-mediated survivin inhibition could enhance in vitro chemo- or radiosensitivity of colorectal cancer (CRC) cells. The aim of this,study was to investigate whether that small interfering RNA (siRNA) targeting survivin could enhance in vivo, chemo- or radiosensitivity of colorectal cancer tells."
