Research from East China University of Science & Technology Has Provided New Data on Gene Therapy

2012 JAN 26 -- A new study, "Surface display of Aeromonas hydrophila GAPDH in attenuated Vibrio anguillarum to develop a Noval multivalent vector vaccine," is now available. According to the authors of recent research from Shanghai, People's Republic of China, "Displaying foreign antigens on the surface of attenuated or avirulent bacteria is an important strategy to develop live multivalent vector vaccines. In our previous work, several efficient surface display systems have been established based on outer membrane anchoring elements, which could successfully display heterologous proteins in attenuated Vibrio anguillarum."
