Study Findings from Ohio State University Provide New Insights into Cancer Gene Therapy

2012 MAR 22 -- A report, "miR221/222 in cancer: their role in tumor progression and response to therapy," is newly published data in Current Molecular Medicine. "miRNAs are small non-coding RNAs of ~24 nt that can block mRNA translation and/or negatively regulate its stability," scientists writing in the journal Current Molecular Medicine report.
