New Small Interference RNAs (siRNAs) Study Findings Recently Were Published by Researchers at Zhengzhou University

2012 MAR 29 -- Investigators publish new data in the report "Effects of kallikrein-related peptidase 14 gene inhibition by small interfering RNA in ovarian carcinoma cells. 'Kallikrein-related peptidase 14 (KLK14) is a member of the tissue kallikrein family of proteases, which are associated with the pathogenesis of malignant tumors and are over-expressed in ovarian carcinoma. However, the mechanism through which KLK14 is implicated in ovarian cancer remains unclear," scientists writing in the journal Molecular Medicine Reports report.
