2012 APR 26 -- A new study, "Efficient systemic delivery of siRNA to the mouse liver by pegylated lipopolymer," is now available. "Short interfering RNA (siRNA) drugs have entered clinical trials in various disease areas. However, systemic use of siRNA drugs faces a challenge of tissue in-specificity and membrane impenetrability," investigators in Oceanside, California report.
