Cardica, Inc., (CRDC) announced the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 6, 2006 of a post-effective amendment to registration statement on Form S-1 No. 333-129497, updating information in a February 2 prospectus filed pursuant to Rule 424(b)(4) to the registration statement contained under the headings "Risk Factors - Risks Related to Our Business," "Business - Patents and Intellectual Property" and "Financial Statements.”
The prospectus filed February 2, 2006 contained disclosure in the risk factors, the business section, and in a subsequent event footnote to the financial statements regarding a pending action to provoke an interference...
