Seattle Genetics Reports Positive Phase I Data with SGN-35 in Hodgkin Lymphoma

Seattle Genetics, Inc. (Nasdaq: SGEN) announced positive data from an ongoing phase I trial of SGN-35, a proprietary antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) product candidate. Multiple objective responses have been observed at well-tolerated doses of SGN-35 in patients with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma and other CD30-positive malignancies. The data were reported at the 7th International Symposium on Hodgkin Lymphoma in Cologne, Germany. More than 75 percent of patients treated in the study achieved tumor reductions across all dose levels evaluated, including four with partial responses.
