Researchers from Germany call attention to the need for work in the field of Public Health Service Research.

C. Albani and colleagues reported in Psychotherapeut, "Current dramatic changes in the health care system call for a reconsideration of the consequences as well as of the economic effects these interventions into the system have on patients.

"As yet Public Health Service Research in Germany is unattended. The paper reviews the manuscripts of the journal Psychotherapeut of 2002-2003 concerning their relevance for Public Health Service Research."
