Genstar Capital, LLC, a middle market private equity firm that focuses on investments in selected segments of the healthcare services, life sciences, business services, and industrial technology sectors, announced the acquisition of OnCURE Medical Corp., one of the nation's leading operators in the $7 billion radiation therapy industry.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
