Richard Gammon complied with a judge's order requiring him to divulge some of what Derril Willard Jr., told him about the death of Eric Miller, information that could be key evidence for authorities looking to make the first arrest in the case.
Gammon delivered the information to the Wake County District Attorney's office. Prosecutors then turned the information over to the Raleigh Police Department.
