These new appointments include Ingrid De Wilde who has been appointed as vice-president Human Resources; Wolfgang Seidel, who joined the company as vice-president Business Development and Licensing; and Christian Matton, who will function as vice-president Legal and Intellectual Property.
De Wilde holds a law degree from the University of Gent (1979), after which she went on to obtain a master's degree in Tax Management (VLEKHO) and in Business Administration (Cepac, Solvay).
