CGH microarrays useful for analysis of E. coli genome

Comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) microarrays are valuable tools for genomic and phylogenic E. coli analysis. "Escherichia coli, including the closely related genus Shigella, is a highly diverse species in terms of genome structure," bacteriologists in Japan noted. In a study conducted by S.
