3D visualisation model developed for dynamic signaling networks

A novel visualization model can improve understanding of dynamic signaling networks. "Cellular processes and pathways are typically delineated in arrow diagrams to depict the relationship between the individual genes or proteins," scientists in the Netherlands explained. However, these simplifications "neglect the complexity and non-linearity of cellular regulatory networks." In a study conducted by G.
